  1. DELIVERY & POSTAGE

1.1. Worldwide Delivery:
We proudly offer worldwide delivery. Wherever you are located, MUUD products can be delivered directly to your door.

1.2. Delivery Cost and Method:
All paid orders (excluding promotional or free sample cans) will be dispatched using a Tracked Delivery Service. Available delivery options may vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 PM: Dispatched for delivery the next working day (in applicable regions).

  • Orders placed after 10 PM or on weekends: Dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Free sample can orders will be shipped using a standard postal service with an expected delivery time of 2–4 working days.

1.3. Dispatch Timings:
Estimated dispatch timings are shown on our website. These are not guaranteed but are provided as a helpful guide. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched—this will occur within 30 days of order acceptance at the latest.

1.4. Delays Outside Our Control:
If an external event delays delivery, we will inform you and take reasonable steps to minimise the disruption. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of dispatch confirmation (or the relevant estimated time for your region), please contact our support team for assistance.

1.5. Responsibility for Products:
Ownership and responsibility of the products pass to you once delivered to the address provided at checkout.

1.6. Product Ownership:
You officially own the products once full payment has been received.

1.7. Missed Deliveries:
If no one is available to accept the delivery and the parcel cannot be posted through the letterbox, a delivery notice will be left with further instructions.

1.8. Failure to Re-arrange Delivery:
If delivery or collection is not re-arranged, we may contact you for new instructions and may charge additional storage or re-delivery costs. If contact cannot be established despite reasonable attempts, we may cancel the contract.

1.9. Suspension of Supply:
We may suspend delivery in specific cases (e.g., stock issues or legal compliance). You will be notified accordingly. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

  1. COMPLAINTS & RETURNING PRODUCTS

2.1. Right to Change Your Mind:
You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product for a full refund.

2.2. Exceptions to Cancellation:
You cannot cancel products that have been unsealed and are sealed for health/hygiene purposes.

2.3. Timeframe:
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery. If you received multiple deliveries, the 14-day period starts after the final item is delivered.

2.4. Returning Products:
You must return the products within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. You will bear the cost of return shipping.

2.5. Refunds:
You will be refunded the full purchase price and applicable delivery charges to your original payment method. We will issue refunds within:

  • 14 days after receiving the returned product, or
  • 14 days after you provide proof of return, whichever is sooner.

2.7. Faulty Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

2.8. Inspection and Resolution:
We will inspect returned items and confirm if the product is faulty. If confirmed, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement. If repair is possible, it will be offered at no extra cost.

2.9. Refund Timeline for Faulty Items:
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days and returned to your original payment method.
